SOPHIE

Sophie started put running an outside Bar at an auction run by & organised by the couples themselves. It soon became clear that being centre stage behind a bar is where she felt most comfortable and she then progressed to helping with the running of a pub the couple have recently managed. Sophie is always smiling and always looks forward to meeting customers old and new and providing a top class customer service.
